Bug 66 r10.2.1で、PHICOILが正しく計算されない。
r10.2.1で入り込んだバグです。
計算は実行されますが正しい解が得られませんので、修正版をご使用下さい。
r10.2.1（2008/9/16）におきまして修正いたしました。
