コイル運動（MOTION=1の時）時に正規化が効かない
r9.7.4以前におきましては、COILの運動時（MOTION=1の時）、正規化が機能しません。
正規化のオプションを立てても正規化無しの解析となり、ICCG法が収束しない場合が有ります。
r9.7.5におきまして修正致しました。
