アウトプットファイルフォーマット形式としてCADASフォーマットでB_integ，COIL_forceファイルを出力すると、ヘッダーが出力されない。
ヘッダーを出力しておりませんでした。データ部分は問題ございません。
r10.2.4（2009/9/1）におきまして修正いたしました。
